Our Star.....Ms. Bayleann Moen

Our little Bayleann has been quite the star lately.  First she had her Kindergarten program a couple weeks ago about people of the community.  She had a rather large speaking part about fire-people.  She practiced and practiced her lines and had them completely memorized by the day of her program.  She was so proud & so were we!!!

It was such a cute program, each child had some sort of a speaking part and than they sang songs about each person of the community.

Than on May 12th she had her spring dance performance! And it was quite the show!  She had two dances to learn (a ballet & tap) and had a costume change!  Our little dancer is quite the star-even though we are her parents and yes alittle biased but she really is one of the best ones up there :o)

This was the first time she ever has had a speaking part in front of people....she didn't even seem nervous!

Introducing herself to everyone

Showing us her dino on a class poster

Her cow on "The Happy Barnyard Family" poster

Her horse-I love this big poster in kindergarten, I remember Austin doing the same animals :o) It's a kindergarten tradition.

Bayleann with her teacher Mrs. Duberowksi and para Charlie

Princess Peanut in her pink bed eating gold fish crackers watching a movie

Taking pictures with her new camera she got for a present after her program

It dance time!
We go to have a rehearsal on stage before each show.  They have just as much fun during this as during their show!

They were crossing the stage doing a leap & I got her just before hers

It's show day! Her pretty hair do!  This child's hair is so tightly in that bun with bobby pins & hair spray it isn't going anywhere! :o)

The Cinderella dance...A Dream is a Wish

Costume change!

Monie's dance group the Runestone Rockettes

The generations of Dance....Bayleann & Great Grandma Mary (Monie)

The tap routine....How to bake a cake with Snow White

There are no words to describe how darn cute this girl looks! :o)

Her special flowers she got after her show...dad also got her a huge balloon in the shape of ballet slippers

We were so proud of our little dancer that day...She said she danced her very best for mom's birthday! Yes I turned a year older that day :( That was a wonderful birthday present...Zoey gave me one too by being a perfect little baby (only 4 wks old mind you) by sleeping through the whole dance show! Didn't fuss or cry once, and that music was loud and there was a lot of commotion.
All in all it was a great day-one of those that gives you a warm fuzzy and great memories!
