Our Star.....Ms. Bayleann Moen

Our little Bayleann has been quite the star lately.  First she had her Kindergarten program a couple weeks ago about people of the community.  She had a rather large speaking part about fire-people.  She practiced and practiced her lines and had them completely memorized by the day of her program.  She was so proud & so were we!!!

It was such a cute program, each child had some sort of a speaking part and than they sang songs about each person of the community.

Than on May 12th she had her spring dance performance! And it was quite the show!  She had two dances to learn (a ballet & tap) and had a costume change!  Our little dancer is quite the star-even though we are her parents and yes alittle biased but she really is one of the best ones up there :o)

This was the first time she ever has had a speaking part in front of people....she didn't even seem nervous!

We were so proud of our little dancer that day...She said she danced her very best for mom's birthday! Yes I turned a year older that day :( That was a wonderful birthday present...Zoey gave me one too by being a perfect little baby (only 4 wks old mind you) by sleeping through the whole dance show! Didn't fuss or cry once, and that music was loud and there was a lot of commotion.
All in all it was a great day-one of those that gives you a warm fuzzy and great memories!

More of the Zo Zo Bean

This past weekend Zoey had her first little photo shoot-she'll be a month old tomorrow! I cannot believe how the time has flown by already!  They always say to hold tight to our kids cuz they grow way to fast-that is so true!

 I found this pink dress at a consignment shop (it's actually a halloween costume) and I could not resist-I will admit I bought it solely so I could take her picture in it! :) And even at this young age she is already a seasnoned model....she was so content when I was taking pictures (til she decided it was time to eat!)

The Hooded Zo Zo Bean

She is already getting the most gorgeous eyes.....still not sure if they will be brown or blue like peanuts....either way we are in trouble!

We've been looking for a small dresser for Zoey for months....finally found the perfect one at a garage sale last Thursday.  This old dresser was white and alittle banged up....

But Daddy came to the rescue and sanded the bad spots, sprayed it pretty pink and we personalized it with Zoey's name (used scrapbooking paint & foam letters) and now it is just perfect for Zoey's little clothes!

All My Love, All My Life

16 years ago I meet this guy...at the time I knew I really liked him and I had a hunch he was the one...14 years ago today I married him! Momma always said trust your heart and I did :o)

                        HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!!!

It does seem like yesterday when I first meet him cruisin' uptown tryin to impress me with the big bad bronco :) then I think about all that we've shared since that day...and it amazes me.  We were just kids when we meet yet we knew we wanted to share our lives together. Now all these years and 3 beautiful kids later we are still as in love as we were then.  Thank you Andy for being my best friend, for always being by my side no matter what life has thrown at us.  In your arms is where I will always feel safe.  I can't wait to write the next chapters in our lives together.  I love you!
