It was another awesome Saturday spent watching the Panthers play basketball. There is only 1 possibly 2 more game days left..that will be a sad day for the Moen family :o( We have such a blast watching them play and today was just that A BLAST!
Not only because our son rocked that court but also because of some great plays made by his teammates. One of our good friends son was born with club feet..he had several surgeries as a baby and had to wear braces til he was in kindergarten, he still has issues with being able to get his arms above his head quickly and straight. But today none of that mattered! Eric made a basket and it was AWESOME! There were tears in his parents eyes and we all jumped out of our seats and screamed! No one ever thought he'd even be able to run let alone play basketball.
Our little rock star made several baskets and a 3 pointer too! And this time BOTH his parents have sore throats from yelling so much! We won 2 out of our 3 games today-it is so much fun to see how much these boys have improved over the last month. Dad was keeping stats on him, which of course Austin thought was awesome. Keep up the great work Austin!
